If your payment status is displaying as “cancelled,” you can re-attempt the payment from the Common Application’s website. If your payment was rejected and still displays as “processing” or “pending,” please contact us for assistance in cancelling your booking. Once it has been cancelled, you can attempt to make a payment again from the Common Application’s website.
All application fee payments to the Common Application must be started from their website. If you are unable to find the link to re-attempt the payment, contact Common App directly for further assistance.
If your payment is rejected and you wish to re-attempt your payment, please cancel your payment request, first.
If your Common Application status shows "There was a problem with your payment: Please re-attempt your payment submission,” this means that your payment was not successful. Select the link to submit the payment and create a new payment request.
If your application shows “Your payment is being processed,” you will not be able to re-attempt your payment. Please note, that Common Application might take a few hours to update your payment status due to a high volume of incoming payments. Once they have updated the status, you can re-attempt your payment. If the status is not updated within a few hours, please contact Common App directly.
NOTE: Flywire has no control over Common Application's interface in terms of updating payment statuses on their platform.
