You can create a Flywire payment request either as a guest or under a Flywire user account. When you have multiple payment requests, we recommend you create them using a Flywire account. This makes it easier for you to track your funds.
You can add payments to your user account even if you created the payment requests as a guest. Just select the “ADD THIS PAYMENT TO YOUR ACCOUNT” button.
Payment request created as a guest can be tracked with a “tracking link” sent to the payer email. By clicking the link, you will be able to view your payment details and status. Under the “Manage Your Payment” section, select “View Payment Details,” and you will be able to see payer information, student information, and the institution related your application.
Payment request created or added to a user account can be tracked by logging in to your user account under “Your Payments.” Just select your Payment ID, then “View all Details” to check your payment details.
