In most cases, we cannot extend the due date, but here’s what you need to know:
- The due date is the date by which you need to initiate the transfer, not the date by which Flywire should receive the funds. Your payment request will remain valid for a few business days after the due date to allow time for us to receive the payment.
What Should I Do?
- If you have not initiated the transfer: Please cancel your current payment request and create a new one once you are ready to transfer the funds. Please note that due to fluctuations in exchange rates, the original rate is not guaranteed.
- If you have already made the transfer and are concerned about delays: Please submit your proof of payment along with your Payment ID to Flywire Support and we'll be happy to further assist you.
