You can cancel your payment by logging in to your user account on the Flywire website or by accessing your tracking link. Follow these steps to cancel your payment:
Access the tracking link in the email you received from Flywire. If you have linked your payment request to your Flywire user account, go to the “My payments” section after logging in to your user account
After you log in, select the payment you would like to cancel and press "View payment", then select the “Cancel payment” button on the right side of the page in the “Manage your payment” section.
- If you have already transferred your funds, contact your bank to have them stop the transfer
- If Flywire has already received your funds, you will not be able to cancel your payment. In such cases you will have to wait until your payment is delivered. At this point you may contact the institution and request a refund
