Depending on the bank account your payment is sent to, your funds will either:
- bounce back to your account
- or incur extra cost due to conversion rates
Please refer to your payment instructions for an explanation of what happens when we receive the incorrect currency. If your funds are converted, we will inform you of the final amount received and follow up with you on how you would like to proceed.
Please make sure your bank sends the correct currency—meaning the currency listed in the payment instructions—to our bank account.
