Flywire is unable to provide a formal or itemized invoice. If you need an invoice showing the charges and amount due on your account, please contact your institution or organization directly.
An invoice and a payment receipt serve different purposes. An invoice shows what you are required to pay, while a Flywire payment receipt provides a record of a payment processed through Flywire.
If you need proof of your Flywire payment, a final payment receipt will be available once the payment has been delivered to your institution or organization. For certain payments, a provisional receipt may also be available once Flywire receives the funds.
When a receipt becomes available, Flywire will send an email to the payer email address with an option to download it. You can also access an available receipt through your tracking page or Flywire account.
