If you select to pay via "Domestic Bank Transfer in Indian Rupees" when booking your payment, we’ll provide you with a set of payment instructions and a pre-filled LRS Declaration form.
The payment instructions contain all of the details you need to complete your payment. If you were logged in to your Flywire account when you created the payment request, you can access your payment instructions from your Flywire dashboard or by contacting our customer support team.
If you created the payment request as a guest, we will email a tracking link to the payer and the student upon creating the payment request. The tracking link enables you to download the payment instructions and the LRS Declaration. You can also use the tracking link to track your payment.
You may send your payment through either National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) or Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS). If you are abroad, you can submit the payment instructions to your bank so that they can make the transfer on your behalf, or a member of your immediate family (such as your mother or father) may assist you with your payment as all of the necessary details will be included in your payment instructions once your request has been submitted.
When your payment is complete, you must also submit your LRS Declaration form to our local partner in India via email—please note, this step is mandatory.
Instructions on how to submit your declaration form will be provided with the payment request. The payer is required to fill out and send the form along with a valid proof of national ID. Not submitting the form could result in delays or cancellation of your payment.
Review this article on the LRS Declaration for more information.NOTE: If your payment is a domestic bank transfer equalling the INR equivalent of $10,000 USD or less, you may select the "Domestic Bank Transfer of Less Than INR Equivalent of $10,000 USD" option during the booking process. In this case, you do not have to fill out an LRS Declaration form because the information is collected as a part of the booking process. If you select this option. you do not need to submit a valid proof of national ID either. Your Permanent Account Number (PAN) will be validated in real-time during the booking process.
