Eligibility requirements for the Best Price Guarantee (VND)
To qualify for the Best Price Guarantee program, your application must meet the global standard criteria:
- You must create a payment request on the Flywire platform before applying.
- You must obtain a rate proof document or a screenshot from your bank within a same day of creating the payment request.
- The bank proof must clearly display the bank's name, the date, and the exact time the cash selling rate was provided.
- The bank proof must show the exact amount in the destination currency matching your payment request.
- The bank proof must show the total amount in Vietnamese Dong (VND), including all associated sending fees charged by your bank.
Note: If the associated fees charged by your bank are not included in the proof document, Flywire will apply a flat fee based on market-standard bank charges for wire transfers.
Steps to submit your Best Price Guarantee application (VND)
Follow these steps to submit your bank rate proof and complete the application:
- Create a new payment request and select the Bank Transfer in VND payment method.
- Obtain the required exchange rate document or a screenshot from your bank's website.
- Submit the bank proof document and your payment ID to Flywire using the Online Form.
- Wait for the Flywire Support team to review the application. The Support team will contact you via email with an approval or denial explanation within 2 business days.
Important: Do not initiate the bank transfer to Flywire until the Support team sends the final approval or denial email. If the funds are sent before the application is approved, the Best Price Guarantee cannot be applied.
