Please make sure the sender's full name and the National ID number inserted while creating your payment request matches the actual cardholder name and the National ID name. In addition, you can send us your bank receipt via email (support@flywire.com). You can take a picture of the bank receipt or take a screenshot of your online transaction. We will use it to locate your payment.
