Please note, if there is a discrepancy between the payer name or the number on your National Identity card provided when creating your payment request and the actual payer’s/ account holder's name, the funds will be delayed or returned.
We recommend that you confirm who the actual payer will be before creating a payment request. However, if you have already created a payment request with the National Identity card that does not belong to the actual payer, please edit the payer’s National ID information by following the steps in this FAQ: What should I do if the information of the National Identity card I inserted is wrong?
