If you do not already have your invoice saved, there are several ways to locate your official billing documents:
- Log in to Your Student Account (Recommended): Students can typically find their official billing information by logging into their institution's online student portal. Search for keywords like "billing," "student account," or "tuition statement" on the institution's homepage. Log into your specific student portal (e.g., "My[SchoolName]") using your student credentials to view your balance and download the statement.
- Check Your Institution-Registered Email: Billing notifications are often sent directly to the official email address provided by your institution (typically an .edu email address).
- Check Your Personal Email: If you provided a personal email address during the application process (e.g., 163.com, qq.com, Gmail), check your inbox and spam folders for any bill notifications sent by the institution.
- Review Official Admission Documents (Issued within the last two months): If you are a new student, official documents provided during your admission process may include the required payment details. Examples include:

You can click any file name to preview it and ensure it is clear; if the file is visible in this list, Flywire has successfully received it.
If you need to make changes, simply click the [X] icon next to the file name to delete it and upload a new version. Please note that whenever you update documents or edit payment information, your order will automatically enter a new foreign exchange (FX) review process. If you encounter an error during upload, ensure your files are in PDF, PNG, or JPG format and do not exceed 8 MB per file.
