Once you are directed to Flywire from Common App to make a payment, you will be able to select the country you are paying from. This refers to the country your card is issued. If your card is issued in the United States, you can select this option.
Please note, if your card is denominated in USD but issued in a country outside of the United States, you will need to select the country where your card is actually issued.
If you use a non-U.S. issued card, you will receive an error message that says "Sorry, your payment failed because your card was not issued from the United States. Please reattempt with another card." when attempting to complete your payment. Please cancel your payment request and return to Common App to re-attempt the payment if this occurs.
