How do I make a payment using Servipag?

After creating a payment request, you will need to click the "Make Your Payment" button located on your tracking page. You will then be redirected to the Servipag platform where you will be guided to complete your payment in different ways, either offline (cash deposit) or online (Online banking, debit/credit/retail cards).

Offline

1. Once redirected, you will have access to the payment details and partnered kiosks to complete your payment as a cash deposit. You can print out this payment slip if needed.

Online

1. Once redirected, click on the Servipag link under the Reference Code (take note of this Reference Code).
2. Login to your Servipag account before proceeding.
3. After logging in, search and select ‘dLocal’ as the merchant you want to pay to.
4. Add the Reference Code and click ‘Continue’.
5. On the next page, click on the ‘+’ sign to add it to your bill.
6. Select your preferred payment method and follow the indicated steps to complete your payment.
