Upon creating a payment request, we will provide you with a set of payment instructions that contain our local Brazilian Real (BRL) account details. In order to complete your payment, you will need to make a bank transfer using the account details provided via one of the following methods:
- Electronic Funds Transfer (TED)
- Credit Transfer Document (CTD)
- PIX Bank Transfer
Please note, CTD transfers take a full business day to be confirmed
It is important to send the exact amount in BRL from the account of the person indicated in the “payer information” of your payment request. Otherwise, there may be delays in processing the payment.
