Upon creating a payment request, we will provide you with a set of payment instructions that contain our local Brazilian Real (BRL) account details. You can complete your transfer using one of the following methods:
- PIX Bank Transfer
- Electronic Funds Transfer (TED)
- Credit Transfer Document (CTD/DOC)
Please note:
- Transfer Time: CTD/DOC transfers take at least one full business day to be confirmed.
- Payer Matching: You must send the exact BRL amount from the bank account of the person indicated in the “Payer Information” of your request.
- Account Name: On your bank statement, the recipient's name may appear as Citibank or our local partner Demerge Brasil—this is normal and secure.
