If our Refunds team has requested proof of a 'linked account' in order to process your refund, it is because our attempt to refund the original card used to make your payment to Flywire has failed and we need to return the funds via bank transfer.
To return the funds, we first need to confirm the bank account linked to the original card. In order to do so, you will need to provide us with a bank statement containing a payment made from the account to the original card.
Once a connection has been established linking the bank account to the original card, we will be able to process the refund back to that account.
