The PIN is an option for second factor authentication that you can use instead of the password; and you can select if that PIN is required for either when opening the app, when making a payment or for both.
To reset your PIN, please follow the steps below:
- Login into the app using the option "Use password"
- Once you are logged in, go to the "Settings" option
- Once there, click on the option "Additional Security Options", you will be directed to enter the PIN. However, it will still give you the "Use password" option instead. Please select "Use password" and enter your password
- Once in, you will see three options for additional security options:
- None
- PIN
- Password
- Select "PIN", and input your new PIN
