If you made a cash deposit without using an account and your payment is being returned, we require specific documents to process your refund. Please provide the following:
- Withdrawal receipt: A receipt showing the full amount withdrawn from the original bank account (or a screenshot of the passbook showing the withdrawal amount, date, and account number).
- Cash deposit receipt: The original receipt from your cash deposit.
- Valid ID: A copy of a government-issued ID that matches the name on the deposit slip.
If you are unable to provide the withdrawal receipt, please submit these documents instead:
- Bank statements: Documents showing incoming and outgoing funds for the relevant period.
- Evidence of income: Proof of income from business or employment.
