If you made a cash deposit without using an account, we will need the following documents to process the return:
- Withdrawal receipt showing the full amount withdrawn from the original bank account (or a screenshot of the cash withdrawal amount, date, and account number in the passbook).
- Cash deposit receipt.
- Copy of the government-issued ID that matches the ID displayed on the deposit slip.
If you are unable to provide a withdrawal receipt, please submit the following documents instead:
- Bank statements showing incoming and outgoing funds for the relevant period.
- Evidence of income from business or employment.
