If you made a cash deposit without an account, we require you to provide us with additional documents:
- A withdrawal receipt showing the full amount withdrawn from the original bank account (or a screenshot of the cash withdrawal amount, date and account number in the passbook)
- Cash deposit receipt
- Copy of the government issued ID that reflects the same ID displayed on the deposit slip
If you are not able to provide us with a withdrawal slip, kindly provide us with the following documents:
- Bank statements showing incoming and outgoing funds for that period
- Evidence of income from business/employment
