1. Eligibility Checklist
To qualify for the Best Price Guarantee, your payment must meet all the following criteria:
- Payment Method: Must be a local currency bank transfer. Other payment methods (e.g., credit cards, e-wallets, eBanking) are NOT eligible.
- Payment Status: The funds must not yet be paid to Flywire.
- Timeframe: You must find the better rate and submit your claim within two hours of creating your Flywire payment request.
- No Discount Codes: Payments utilizing promo codes or discounts are not eligible for the BPG program.
2. Proof Requirements
You must provide valid proof in the form of an official bank document or a screenshot from your online banking portal. Your proof must clearly display:

Official Bank Rate & Fees: The bank's actual foreign exchange selling rate plus any associated transfer fees.
⚠️ Note: General exchange rates from search engines or financial sites (e.g., Google, Yahoo, Xe) are not accepted. The quote must be a real offer directly from your bank. - Matching Amount: The bank quote must be for the exact same amount in the destination currency as your Flywire booking.
- Total Local Cost: The final total price in your local currency, including all applicable bank fees and taxes.
- Account Holder Name: The name of the sender must be clearly visible on the document or screenshot to confirm you are logged into your actual account.
3. How to Apply

4. What to Do After Approval
Your application will be reviewed within 1–2 business days, and the result will be sent to you by email.
- If your BPG application is approved: You will receive a confirmation email, and your Flywire payment request will be automatically updated. You can then proceed with your payment using the updated amount.
- If your BPG application is not approved: You will receive an email explaining the specific reason and potential guidance for a new application.
