The total amount for debit/credit card payments includes our fees and any processing fees charged by our payment partner. Flywire will not impose any additional fees on top of the final amount confirmed when booking your payment.
How to check for specific limits and restrictions
While selecting your payment method, click the "More info" dropdown link located under the debit/credit card option. Expanding this section will display important details, such as:
- Transaction limits set by your local region or bank.
- Potential processing fees charged by your card provider.
- Local verification requirements (such as the need to submit additional identity or compliance documents).
💡 Note on Currency Conversion: It is important to complete your payment using a debit/credit card denominated in the currency you have selected to pay in. If you use a dual-currency card or a card denominated in a currency different from what was selected as your payment method, your card provider may perform their own currency conversion. This will result in additional charges that are outside of Flywire's control.
