Personal information from the payer is kept confidential and is never sold to third parties. We only collect personal information that is necessary to properly address potential financial crime risks.
We require the payer’s complete first name, last name/surname, and contact details. The payer is the individual who will send us the funds. Payers should provide their residential address, or in the case of a business or organization making a payment, the physical address of that entity.
If the payer is located in a jurisdiction that does not have addresses, a description of the physical location (using landmarks, for instance) should be provided.
