The required documents and relevant details will automatically be displayed on your tracking page. If you don’t have your documents on hand, you can access your tracking page at a later time to upload them. Please note, you will not be able to access your payment instructions to transfer the funds until you have uploaded the required documentation.
Please see below the necessary documents to process your payment as required by our local partners in Vietnam.
- A copy of your institution’s invoice.
- The invoice must be provided by your institution or travel company with the payment amount, institution name/logo or travel company name/logo and the student/traveler name, which matches the name found on the student/traveler’s passport. It can be in the form of a letter from the institution, an email sent from the institution or documentation found via your student account.
- A valid copy of the student’s Vietnamese passport/traveler’s Vietnamese passport.
- A copy of the payer’s national ID (front and back) or passport.
- Proof of immediate relationship between the payer and student.
- This document is not required if the student is the payer. Please refer here for a list of relationship types and examples of valid proofs.
- Optional: A copy of the student's valid visa or I-20, study permit, or residence card. An acceptance letter can be submitted if the relevant course has not commenced and/or the student visa is NOT yet available (e.g. online courses or first semester tuition fee payments).
Important
- All documents must be in COLOR.
- All documents must be legible, valid and have not expired in order to be submitted to our local banking partner for review.
- Proof of immediate relationship is ONLY needed for educational payments.
