Can I use a corporate account for a VND bank transfer?
To comply with local regulations, we cannot process VND bank transfers from corporate or business accounts.
You must use an individual or personal bank account to complete your transfer. During the document upload process, you will be required to provide a valid copy of the account holder’s National ID or passport so our local banking partner can verify the payment.
When will my institution receive my VND bank transfer?
Once our partner bank receives your funds and successfully verifies all of your required documents, it typically takes 2 to 3 business days to process and deliver your payment. Please note that business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or local bank holidays.

Can foreign students or payers living in Vietnam use the VND bank transfer method?
This specific payment method is exclusively available for students and payers who hold a valid Vietnamese passport. During the document upload process, you will be required to provide a copy of the student’s Vietnamese passport for bank verification.
If the student does not have a Vietnamese passport, please select a non-VND bank transfer option when creating your payment request, such as:
- Online card payments
- International bank transfer in a foreign currency
