To complete your bank transfer in Peruvian Soles (PEN), please reference the account details provided in your payment instructions. You will need to make a “transferencia interbancaria local” and there are two methods you can use:
1. Standard Bank Transfer
You may complete your payment by making a standard bank transfer at your local branch or via your online banking platform.
If you have an account with BBVA or Banco Pichincha, you must visit your local bank branch in order to initiate a “teleproceso” transaction. This service is not available online or through mobile applications for these banks and can only be initiated on business days until 1:00pm (PET). Teleproceso transactions do not require the beneficiary’s RUC information.
For all other banks, a “teleproceso” transaction can be made online or at your local branch.
If you pay via cash deposit, we recommend that you upload your proof of payment via your tracking link page so we can properly identify your payment.
