If possible, please include your Flywire Payment ID in the "Concept" or "Notes" field of your transfer details. If you are unable to include the full Payment ID due to limitations on your bank's platform, please include as many characters as possible.
Flywire uses the Payment ID in the transfer details to help identify your payment. If you are unable to include the Payment ID or you included a previously used Payment ID, we can still reference the payer information to ensure we are allocating the funds to the correct payment.
Once the transfer has been completed, it typically takes 2-3 business days to receive the funds. If you have not received a confirmation email from Flywire by then, please submit your proof of payment here so we can review your payment.
