- Once your funds are received
- Once your payment has been delivered to your institution.
We may also contact the payer email address in case any additional information is needed to process your payment or in the scenario your institution initiates a refund.
We recommend you regularly check the payer email address to ensure you stay up to date on your payment. If the notifications haven't arrived to your inbox, please check your spam folder.
