If the result of the PAN verification shows “PAN is active and the details are matching with PAN database” but our website is still displaying an error message, please check the following:
- It is an individual PAN card
- You are using Google Chrome. Clear your browser’s caches and cookies and proceed to insert the PAN details again. If it is still displaying an error message, please contact our Customer Support
