Typically, we receive card and other online payments right after successful completion of the payment. Bank transfers typically take 2 to 3 business days to reach us. If it has been more than 3 business days, please follow the instructions below based on the payment method.
- Card payments and other online payment methods e.g. Paypal, Alipay, etc:
- If your payment has not been marked as received by Flywire, please submit your card statement highlighting the payment so that we can further investigate
- Bank transfer:
- We usually receive a payment within 2 to 3 business days from the date your bank releases the funds. If your payment has not been marked as received by Flywire, please request proof of payment (bank receipt or SWIFT MT103) from your bank and submit it to us that we can further investigate
