Why Hasn’t My Payment Been Received After 3 Business Days?

We typically receive card and online payments immediately after they are successfully completed. However, bank transfers usually take 2–3 business days to reach us. If it has been more than 3 business days and your payment status has not been updated to “Payment Received”, please follow these steps:

1. Prepare Your Proof of Payment

   • Card & Online Payments (e.g., PayPal, Alipay): Access your card statement or account transaction record showing the payment 
   • Bank Transfers: Request proof of payment (bank receipt or SWIFT MT103 or PACS008 document) from your bank

2. Contact Flywire

   • Reach out to Flywire support via live chat or email to upload your payment proof along with your Payment ID for assistance. Our team will review your document to check if we have received your payment and will get back to you as quickly as possible
