If your payment has been canceled, it is most likely because your Flywire payment due date has passed and your payment request has expired. If you have not yet completed your payment and your payment request has expired, you will need to initiate a new one at your earliest convenience.
Please note, each payment has a unique payment ID of 3 letters followed by 9 numbers. You may have created multiple payment requests so we suggest you refer to your Flywire user account or access the Flywire emails sent to the payer to confirm that you do not have any other payments in process.
If after confirming the payment in question has indeed been canceled and you have already successfully transferred the funds, please send proof of payment (bank receipt, SWIFT MT103 or screenshot of debited funds) to firstname.lastname@example.org so that our team can further assist you.
