Your payment can fail for a variety of reasons such as transaction limits, restrictions on transfer authority, incorrect card details, etc. Therefore, we recommend that you contact your card issuer to confirm the following:
- The limit of a single transaction for UnionPay online payments with your card issuing bank, and whether or not the limit can be removed or increased. You can go to the UnionPay official website to check the transaction limits of your bank.
- Whether or not you have activated access of “UnionPay Online Payment" to your bank card.
If the transaction limit cannot be lifted, we recommend that you pay by trying the following methods:
- To split the total amount of the payment into smaller amounts and create multiple bookings to complete the total payment.
- Consider choosing another payment method such as "RMB bank transfer in CNY" by creating a new payment request. This payment method supports large-value transfers from all Chinese banks, and we will provide you with a beneficiary account so that you can initiate the transfer to complete the payment.
