Unfortunately, you cannot directly change the payment method for an existing payment request. If you would like to use a different payment method, you will need to cancel your current payment and create a new payment request.
Step 1: Access your tracking page
You can access your tracking page using one of the following options:
- Flywire notifications: Open any payment notification email sent to the payer and click the tracking link (the blue button).
- Flywire user account: Log in to your user account, click “My Account” in the upper right-hand corner, then select “My Payments”. From there, choose the corresponding payment.
Step 2: Cancel your payment
On the right side of the page, click “Cancel payment”.
Step 3: Create a new payment request
If your payment is successfully cancelled, you can create a new payment request by visiting pay.flywire.com/fr or by using the unique payment link provided by your institution.
Once you select your institution and the country you are paying from, all payment methods currently available to you will be displayed automatically. The total amount due for each option may differ from your original payment request due to fluctuations in foreign exchange rates.
If your preferred payment method is not listed, unfortunately, it is not currently available for your payment.
