After you have made your payment and we have received it, we still need to review and verify the documents you uploaded together with the sender information that you have provided in the payment request.
Typically, the document verification process takes 24-48 hours. Once this process is complete, we will send you a notification email to confirm that we have received the funds. Please note, we DO NOT process payments on weekends or bank holidays.
If there is no issue with the document verification, the entire payment processing time (from when you transfer the funds until we receive your funds) will take 2-3 business days. Your payment will automatically be guaranteed to your institution and it will then be delivered to them within another 2-3 business days. A second notification will be sent once your payment has been completed. You can access your tracking page any time to track your payment status.
