Step 1: Fill in your details
Enter all required information, including a valid Chinese Identification Number (ID) for the payer (the actual bank account holder, which could be the beneficiary, parent, or guardian). Make sure the payer’s name is written in Chinese characters, and the ID number matches the one on the Chinese National Identity card.
For some payment methods, you may also need to enter the student’s Chinese Identification Number (ID) and their corresponding Chinese name. Please follow the instructions on the page carefully.
Step 2: Upload the payment invoice
As required by local regulations, you need to upload the official payment invoice. This serves as proof of the payment purpose. Please carefully read the instructions on the page to ensure the document you upload meets the required format and details.
Step 3: Make the payment
After uploading your documents, the page will display payment instructions. You can scroll down to the bottom of the page to download this file.
Please make the payment in Chinese Yuan (CNY) via online banking, mobile banking, or at the bank counter, following the details provided.
Step 4: Verify and confirm
Once the payment is made, your documents will be verified within 1-2 business days. After verification, the payment status will be updated, and you will be notified, along with the institution.
