After you complete your RMB bank transfer, it usually takes about 24–48 hours for our local payment partner to verify the payment. Once your payment is successfully received, our payment partner will confirm the payment and review the uploaded documents and payer information that you have provided in the payment request to comply with local regulations.
You will then receive a notification email to confirm that we have received your funds. You can always check the status of your payment anytime on your tracking page.
Please note: We do not process payments on weekends or public holidays but only business day, and we kindly ask you to consider this when planning your payment.
