Important rules for your PSE payment
Before you begin, please keep the following limits in mind to avoid declined transactions:
- Transaction Limit: There is a strict maximum limit of 15 million COP per transaction when using this method.
- Personal Bank Limits: Your specific bank may have its own daily transfer limits. If you cannot complete the payment, please contact your bank to increase your transaction limit before trying again.
Step-by-step PSE instructions
- Start the process: Click the “Make Your Payment” button on your Flywire tracking page. You will be securely redirected to our payment partner's page.
- Accept the terms: Review the pre-filled beneficiary details, check the box to accept the terms, and select 'PSE'.
- Select your bank: Choose the bank you will be paying from, and confirm if the account belongs to an individual (personal) or a company (business). Click 'Pay'.
- Enter your email: Add the email address that is linked to your bank account, and click to be redirected to your bank’s official portal.
- Authenticate securely: Log in to your bank using their standard security process (such as a password or token).
- Confirm and finish: After successful authentication, confirm the payment. Your bank will approve the transfer instantly, and you will receive a Flywire confirmation email shortly afterward!
