Required information on your invoice (VND)
The invoice provided by your educational institution or travel company must clearly display these three details:
- Student or traveler's name: The first and last name must exactly match the name on their passport.
- Institution details: The official name of the institution or travel company (including their official logo is highly recommended).
- Payment amount: The exact amount of the tuition, deposit, or bill you are paying.
Due date: A valid upcoming due date must be indicated
Note: Please ensure your document is in PNG, JPG, or PDF format and does not exceed 8 MB.
