To comply with local authority regulations in Vietnam, you must have an immediate relationship with the student to make a Bank Transfer in Vietnamese Dong (VND) on their behalf. If you are not the student, our local payment partner requires you to provide documentation proving this relationship.

Important guidelines for specific relationship documents (VND)
If you are uploading a Marriage Certificate or a Power of Attorney (POA), please ensure your documents meet these strict validation requirements before you submit them:
- Marriage Certificates from outside Vietnam: If the marriage certificate was registered outside of Vietnam, it must be officially translated into Vietnamese and notarized at a Vietnamese notary office before you provide a copy to Flywire.
- Power of Attorney (POA) letters: A Paper of Authorization must be officially signed by the student or the student’s parents. It must also be certified by the appropriate government agency or authority. Uncertified POA letters will not be considered valid.
