In most cases, we cannot extend your payment due date.
Please note, we only ask that you initiate your transfer by the due date — this is not the date when we need to receive your funds. Your payment request will remain valid for a few business days after the due date to allow us time to receive the funds.
If you are unable to initiate your transfer by the due date, cancel your payment request and create a new one closer to a date when you expect to be able to complete your transfer. Due to fluctuations in exchange rates, we will not honor the exchange rate offered at the time of your original booking.
You may be able to request an extension of your due date only if you chose to pay with an international bank transfer in your institution’s currency. To request an extension for this type of payment, contact a Flywire Customer Support.
