Step 1: Access the tracking link in the email sent to the payer
Step 2: Select "Change payment method"
On the right side of the page in the “Manage your payment” section select "Change payment method".
Please note: the “Change payment method” feature is not available for some institutions and for payments to the Common Application. If you do not see this feature on your tracking page, please cancel your current payment request and create a new one with a different payment method.
Step 3: Select a new payment method
Select a new payment method from the list of available options. Your original payment request will be cancelled automatically and a new one will be created.
Please note:
- the total amount to pay may be different than the original request due to fluctuations in foreign exchange market rates
- depending on the payment method, you may be required to enter additional information
Step 4: Click the "ACCEPT" button
Follow the instructions in your new payment request for information about how to transfer funds to Flywire and complete the payment to your institution.
