Once you click on the “Make Your Payment” button on the tracking page, you must use the bank instructions provided to complete the payment via online banking or a mobile banking platform within 48 hours.
If you do not complete your bank transfer within 48 hours, the payment instructions will become invalid and you will need to make a new booking to reattempt your payment.
Please make sure to transfer the exact amount of Nigerian Naira (NGN) indicated in your payment instructions to the designated beneficiary account. Otherwise, your payment may be rejected and returned by our partner.
The transaction amount must also not be above the limit put in place by your bank for online transfers. Where the transaction is above the online bank transfer limit, you will need to visit your branch to complete the payment within 48 hours.
