If you are having trouble uploading the bank account information or the proof of payment for your refund, please check the following:
- Make sure that your file is in one of the accepted formats (PDF, PNG, JPG)
- Also make sure your file is not bigger than the maximum file size (2MB)
- Try using a different device or a different internet browser

Note: If you have not received an email requesting additional information or documentation for your refund, there is nothing you need to do at this time.
