Flywire will keep you updated by email from the moment we receive the refund from your institution until it is returned to your originating account.
Tracking Your Refund in Your Flywire Account
- If your payment is linked to your Flywire account: Log in and go to "My Payments" to track your refund.
- If your payment is not linked to your account (guest payment):
- Use the tracking link in your email and select "Add Payment" to link it to your account.
- You will need to register for a Flywire account to add and manage your payment.
- Once in the "My Payments" section, select "VIEW REFUND" under the Payment ID related to your refund.
Important Notes
- Flywire cannot update your refund status until we receive the funds from your institution. We’ll notify you once we receive them and again when your refund is processed.
- In some cases, we may need additional documentation to verify the originating account. If required, we’ll email you a secure link to upload the details.
