Below you will find all of the information you need to know in order to submit a valid NOC certificate to Flywire.
What is a NOC certificate?
A No Objection Certificate (NOC) is an official document from your bank indicating that they have no objection to Flywire returning the funds for a payment to an alternative account.
Why do I need a NOC certificate?
If you are due to receive a refund and the original source of funds came from the bank’s account via a loan, your bank is required to issue a NOC certificate in order for Flywire to process the refund to another account.
What should my NOC certificate include?
Letterhead
The NOC certificate should be printed on the official stationery of your bank, with the letterhead and logo clearly displayed.

Your NOC certificate must contain the following sentence: “We have no objection to sending the funds to the following account.” Your bank must provide the account details below to indicate where the payment should be returned:
- Account holder name
- Account number
- IFSC code
Additionally, it is mandatory to include the original payment reference (UTR number), Flywire payment ID and original amount for verification purposes.
Stamp and signature
